Bluff Walk with Matthew Juneau
Join The Echo Film's Matthew Juneau and Friends of the Bluff for an educational hike focused on the animals that call the bluff home. If you're quieter than we were, you might just catch some wildlife in the act. Starting at the intersection of 57th and Hatch, Matthew led us down the hill, pointing out evidence of the wildlife as he went.
The High Drive Bluff runs along the west edge of Spokane's South Hill, between 7th and 57th. There are 500 acres of open space parkland and over 30 miles of mixed-use trails for walkers, runners, mountain bikers, nature lovers and dog walkers.
Every Donation Makes a Difference
Unsurprisingly, the COVID Pandemic has thrown a wrench in our usual fundraising efforts. Because of this, we're relying on the community's support more than ever. Friends of the Bluff is a small, volunteer-run non-profit organization, this means that even small donations make a big difference.
