BLUFF WALK WITH NIGEL DAVIES

Join EWU Geology Instructor Nigel Davies and Friends of the Bluff on a bike ride down the High Drive Bluff. Starting at the intersection of 37th and High Dr, Nigel leads us down the hill, pausing occasionally to discuss the geology of the bluff and how it formed.

The High Drive Bluff runs along the west edge of Spokane's South Hill, between 7th and 57th. There are 500 acres of open space parkland and over 30 miles of mixed-use trails for walkers, runners, mountain bikers, nature lovers and dog walkers.

Unsurprisingly, the COVID Pandemic has thrown a wrench in our usual fundraising efforts, so we're relying on the community's support more than ever. Friends of the Bluff is a small, volunteer-run non-profit organization, this means that even small donations make a big difference.
